1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the AfriBa Labs website (afribalabs.com) or downloading and using applications developed by AfriBa Labs (including Fuel Pilot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Software & Informational Purpose
AfriBa Labs products, including Fuel Pilot, are provided as practical utility tools. Fuel calculations, mileage metrics, and expense estimations are computed based on user-entered values. They are intended for personal tracking purposes and should not be used as official financial, legal, or automotive diagnostic certifications.
3. Data Ownership & Responsibility
Because Fuel Pilot operates offline, you are solely responsible for creating and retaining data backups (using the built-in .fpb export or CSV functions). AfriBa Labs has no remote access to your device database and cannot recover records if your device is damaged, erased, or lost.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product names, logos, designs, and codebases associated with AfriBa Labs and Fuel Pilot are the intellectual property of AfriBa Labs. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software without express written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
AfriBa Labs software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
