Payment Policy

1. Current Payment Arrangements

AfriBa Labs currently operates a curated portfolio of digital software products and developer utilities:

• ToolNest (toolnest.afribalabs.com): ToolNest is completely free of charge. No payment credentials, subscriptions, or credit card information are collected or required to use these developer tools.
• Fuel Pilot: Fuel Pilot is distributed through the Google Play Store. Any app installations, upgrades, or in-store purchases are executed directly through Google Play’s commerce platform.
• Direct Website Checkout: Direct online payment transactions are not currently active on this website. We do not solicit or process credit cards or bank payments directly on afribalabs.com at this stage.

2. Third-Party Platform Involvement

When products are acquired via authorized third-party platforms (such as the Google Play Store), the processing, authorization, and confirmation of payments are handled entirely by that platform’s certified payment infrastructure. AfriBa Labs does not receive or manage your raw payment card credentials.

3. Future Direct Purchases & Payment Providers

As AfriBa Labs introduces commercial licenses or direct software sales, direct purchases will utilize certified external payment providers and hosted checkouts (e.g., PCI-DSS compliant Merchant of Record or payment gateways).

Under this architecture:

• No Raw Card Storage: AfriBa Labs will never receive, store, or log raw credit card numbers or sensitive banking data on our web servers. All payment entry occurs inside secure, hosted payment fields provided by the certified payment partner.
• Payment Confirmation: Transaction verification, receipts, and order confirmation tokens will depend on the relevant payment provider's webhook and verification system.
• Encryption: All checkout sessions will use modern TLS encryption to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
