3. Mobile Applications Distributed via Third-Party Stores (Google Play)

When you download or acquire AfriBa Labs mobile applications through the Google Play Store (such as Fuel Pilot), all transactions, billing processing, and refund determinations are governed by Google Play’s official terms and policies:

• Standard Google Play Window: In most regions, Google Play allows users to request a refund directly through their Google account order history within 48 hours of purchase.
• Developer Assistance: If you encounter a verifiable technical bug or device incompatibility that prevents normal use after Google’s automated window, contact us at support@afribalabs.com with your Google Play order number (e.g. beginning with GPA.) so our engineering team can review your case.

4. Direct Online Purchases

Direct online purchasing through this website is currently not active. If and when direct digital purchases or licenses are introduced on afribalabs.com, they will be processed through certified merchant checkout providers.

For any future direct digital products, AfriBa Labs will uphold a clear 14-day refund policy for unresolvable technical defects or substantial discrepancies with advertised specifications, provided the software was purchased directly and proof of transaction is furnished.
