Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Principles

AfriBa Labs believes in customer autonomy. You are never locked into unwanted contracts or recurring charges without straightforward self-service cancellation options. This policy outlines how order cancellations and recurring subscription terminations are handled.

2. One-Time Software Purchases

For one-time digital software purchases (such as perpetual licenses, digital tools, or offline utilities):

• Prior to Download or License Generation: If an order was placed in error and has not yet been delivered or downloaded, you may contact support immediately to cancel and receive a full immediate refund.
• After Delivery: Once access keys or files have been delivered, one-time purchases are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day defect/satisfaction window).

3. Recurring Subscriptions & Memberships

For any future recurring software subscriptions, pro tool plans, or hosted studio memberships:

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
• No Cancellation Fees: AfriBa Labs never charges cancellation fees, termination surcharges, or hidden penalties.
• Access Duration: When you cancel a subscription, your access remains active through the end of your currently paid billing period (e.g., through the end of the current month or annual cycle).
• Preventing Renewal: Once cancelled, your card or payment method will not be billed for any subsequent periods.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel an active order or recurring subscription through any of the following channels:

1. Receipt Link: Click the "Manage Subscription" or "Customer Portal" link included in every transactional email receipt sent by our payment processor.
2. Direct Email: Email support@afribalabs.com with the subject line Subscription Cancellation - [Your Email / Order #]. Our support team will process the cancellation within 24–48 hours.
